Sina Salari, Ph.D., P.Eng, CEM, I2I MBA

CEO & Founder

Sina is an experienced Energy Engineer with a proven track record in the building industry, specializing in delivering cost effective thermal solutions, evaluating life-cycle utility business cases, and renewable energy designs. Additionally, he is an accomplished energy consultant with a Ph.D. in data modeling and automation and an impressive background as an ex-physics Olympian.

Jordan Fisher, B.SC., LEED AP, RPP, MCIP

Business Partner

Jordan is FRESCo’s Program Manager and has been providing services related to the improvement of energy efficiency in residential buildings for 14 years. He is an experienced project manager, energy/business case analyst, and is a Professional Planner. He has diverse experience in energy/water conservation, green building and infrastructure, cost consulting, community sustainability, and energy/emissions planning. Jordan has been the project lead for numerous building energy efficiency and GHG reduction projects in the private and public sectors, including over 25 million square feet of buildings of various types and sizes and a variety of planning/policy initiatives.

Kris Obrigewitsch, BA

Product Owner

Kris has a diverse background in the tech, real estate, and renewable energy industries, with significant achievements in founding, scaling, and revitalizing companies. He co-founded EchoSec Systems, an OSINT tech firm sold to Flashpoint.io in 2022, and led commercialization efforts for over $1 billion in real estate development as CEO of the Trust for Sustainable Development. As COO of Hummingbird Energy, Kris managed a 5MW CHP project at ASU and projects in the UK. He has also raised approximately $100 million, acquired businesses, collaborated with banking partners, and secured government incentives.

Tan is a highly skilled software engineer with over fifteen years of experience, specializing in building scalable and efficient systems. With a proven track record in web-based applications, full-stack development, and working effectively in Agile teams. Tan’s diverse industry knowledge spans Energy, Healthcare, Insurance, and CMS.

Full Stack Developer

Kyung is a full-stack web developer specializing in machine learning and predictive analytics. He enjoys designing and building scalable systems and staying up to date with modern security exploits.

Nima Bonyadi, M.Sc.

Energy Engineer

Nima is an experienced building energy consultant specializing in implementing energy conservation measures and performance-based building energy modeling. He has collaborated successfully with start-up companies to design and develop advanced clean energy technologies. Additionally, Nima is a PhD candidate in Building Engineering, focused on advancing the design and operation of HVAC and renewable energy systems. He has co-authored several publications, including studies on HVAC systems and building energy performance optimization. His expertise helps create sustainable and high-performance buildings.
